The Access Commission congratulates Commissioner Panida Rzonca on being honored by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) as one of their “Best Under 40” award recipients. The recognition is well deserved. Panida is actively involved in the Commission as a co-chair of the Racial Justice & Intersectionality Committee and member of the Audit, Language Access, Modest Means, and Nominating committees.
