Pablo Ramirez is the Executive Director of the Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino (LASSB), where he leads efforts to deliver free civil legal services to low-income individuals and families throughout San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Since taking on the role in 2020, he has guided the organization through major growth, expanding services in housing, expungement, family law, and community outreach with a strong focus on innovation and equity.

Previously, Pablo served as Managing Attorney at Inland Counties Legal Services, where he led a team of attorneys and advocates working on housing justice and community development initiatives. He is known for building cross-sector partnerships and strengthening legal aid’s role in systems change.

In 2024, Pablo received the Mitchell Roth Award for Excellence in Legal Advocacy, recognizing his dedication to expanding access to justice in the Inland Empire. He also serves on the boards of the San Bernardino County Bar Association, Legal Aid Association of California and OneJustice, and is a member of the San Bernardino Superior Court’s Committee on the Elimination of Bias.

Pablo brings over a decade of public interest legal experience and a leadership style rooted in collaboration, community accountability, and a deep belief that legal systems should serve all people—not just those who can afford them.
